Adult Coaching

We run group lessons for adults as well as private one on one lessons. Adults can form their own groups or can come together as a group of friends to exercise and improve their tennis in a fun environment.

Private lessons

Private lessons is a great way to improve your strokes and practise your serve. We can suggest a court or we can come to you!

Objectives

1. To promote an enjoyable learning environment, by creating a happy, relaxed atmosphere.

2. To provide positive reinforcement during lessons in order to raise self esteem and self confidence.

3. To provide a coach who will be seen as a positive role model.

4. To introduce a skill which will provide a lifetime recreational skill.

5. To encourage participants to continue with their tennis by having focus areas to achieve with progression goals and awards.

30 min – Claws      $ 15 (max 4 kids)
45 min – Red         $ 13 (max 8 kids)
60 min – Orange    $ 15 (max 8 kids)   
60 min – Green      $ 15 (max 8 kids)   
60 min – Tigers      $ 15 (max 8 kids)   

Group lessons Adults
60 min –               $ 30 (max 2 adults)
60 min –               $ 20 (max 3 adults)
60 min –               $ 15 (if 4 or more adults)

Private lessons
45 min – Pro’s       $ 45 or
60 min – Pro’s       $ 60 or
60 min – Pro’s       $ 70 at private court      

Round Robin
60 min – Junior     $ 10
90 min – Senior     $ 15

Holiday Program
Daily rate             $ 30 (Friday $ 35 incl Pizza)
Week rate (5 days)$ 135

Competition fee    $ 15 a week
